Pickup and drop-off from your accommodation in Florence is included.The tour will start with pick up from your accommodation in Florence. An English speaking driver with a private minivan will be with you during the entire day, even if he’s not allowed to walk with you around the small towns once you reach them. He will still be able to give you information on what you’re going to visit, and since the tour is private you’ll be able to customize the itinerary.

Assisi:
It was the birthplace of St. Francis, who founded the Franciscan religious order in the town in 1208, and St. Clare, the founder of the Poor Sisters. Nowadays Assisi is a popular destination not only for religious tours, but also for the history that the city has witnessed during the centuries. The Basilica of San Francesco d’Assisi is the most important site to visit while in town.
Perugia:
The history of Perugia goes back to the Etruscan period. Perugia was one of the main Etruscan cities. The city is also known as the universities town, with the University of Perugia founded in 1308, the University for Foreigners, and some smaller institutes. There are annual festivals and events, the most important of those being the Eurochocolate Festival held in October.
Cortona:
Cortona is a very small medieval town located in the countryside of Tuscany. The original town is dated to an era that precedes the Etruscan conquest, but the appearance that the city has nowadays was gained several centuries later. The town, located hillside, offers a wonderful view of the surrounding areas, including a good view of Lake Trasimeno.
At the end of the tour the driver will take you back to your accommodation in Florence.
