After a 10:00 AM departure, guests will admire the Sorrento coast, then proceed toward the island of Capri.
Arrival is estimated at 11:30 AM with a stop at the Blue Grotto and a possibility to visit internally the caves as optional activity (with favourable sea conditions only). The Blue Grotto is a natural sea cave, 60 meters long and 25 meters wide. The cave mouth is two meters wide but only roughly a meter high, so to enter visitors must board small rowboats, which transport a maximum of four passengers. This world-know cave offers a spectacular show: the bright azure colour of the water inside the cave is due to the sunlight which enters the cavern through an underwater opening which is positioned exactly under the cave's mouth.
Afterwards, continue the tour to Anacapri and admire the coves of the northern tip of the island until you pass Punta Carena, here is the imposing lighthouse of Capri and you can enjoy a spectacular view. The tour continues to the Emerald Grotto where you can admire crystal clear waters as well as gorgeous villas set up on the cliffs.
At lunchtime, arrive at Marina Piccola and choose a cozy restaurant along the waterfront. The navigation proceeds to the amazing Faraglioni Rocks and finally the white cave. At 6:00 PM, begin your return to Sorrento and admire the famous peninsula from the Bay of Jeranto. At 7:00 PM, arrive in Sorrento and taste local Limoncello liqueur before the activity ends.
