Experience the wonderful scenery in Bali’s western region on this unforgettable full day, private tour. You will see the sights of the UNESCO world heritage protected Jatiluwih rice terraces. These are known to be the greenest, widest rice terraces in Bali. You will also visit stunning temples including Taman Ayun, Ulun Danu and Tanah Lot. Buffet lunch is included on your private tour.You will be picked up at 9am from your Bali accommodation.
At 10:30am you will arrive at the Taman Ayun Temple. This is the royal temple of the Mengwi Empire built in 1634 by the King of Mengwi, I Gusti Agung Putu. The temple was built as a family temple to deified ancestors. It is set on the land which is surrounded by a large fish pond and appears as if it is drifting on water. It features a multi storied roof and Balinese architecture.
You will reach Ulun Danu Temple situated on the lake at 12pm. This is a stunning temple surrounded by the Lake Beratan and green hill of Bedugul.
Have lunch with a Balinese menu to experience local dishes at 1pm.
At 3pm you will visit Jatiluwih Village where you will see the most beautiful rice terraces in Bali.
You will then then visit a coffee plantation to see the popular Luwak coffee production. This coffee is one of the most expensive in the world and is produced by being digested by the Asian palm civet.
At 5:30pm you will get to see the amazing sunset at Tanah Lot Temple. This magnificent temple is located on the sea and when the tide is low you can walk right out to the temple.
