It is easy to medium level trekking (4 to 5 hours in total). Mt. Batur is the second active volcano in Bali, erected in the gigantic ancient crater about 700 meters tall and 1717 meters above sea level.
You will be picked up at 2am and your trek will start at 4am. You'll reach the peak at around 6am, the perfect time for sunrise. Your breakfast will be served on the top of the mountain with eggs and bananas cooked in the hot steam.
After the hike you will go to relax at the hot spring baths and enjoy coffee tasting, where you will also have a chance to try the local specialty - coffee Luwak.
