Enjoy a rainforest trek with a 30 minute canoe trip across Tamblingan Lake on this full-day private tour in Bali. Tamblingan Lake is located in the plateau area surrounded by tropical rainforest. It is situated across from Buyan Lake and generally has cool weather. You will experience the authenticity of the nature in this area with no motorized boats here. 7am: You will be picked up from your accommodation in Denpasar or Ubud by your private driver/guide.
8:15am: Coffee break.
You will be shown and taught the process of making "kopi luwak" which is the world's most expensive coffee. The main reason for its high price is the uncommon method of producing this coffee. It has been produced from coffee beans which have been digested by the Indonesian cat-like animal called a Civet Cat, This is the reason kopi luwak is also called cat poop coffee. Here you will have a chance to taste all coffee and tea products for free except kopi luwak which will cost you around US$5 per cup.
9:30am: Arrive at trekking point.
Walk through a tropical rainforest accompanied by an experienced local guide offering an exciting experience where you will learn about the plants and living creatures in this rainforest. You will also find several temples that you can visit which tells a story about the people in the village.
12:30pm: Canoeing.
You will be escorted across the lake using a traditional canoe.
1pm: Lunch.
Your trek comes to an end and you will have lunch at a local restaurant where you can enjoy the panoramic view of the twin lake from the edge of the hills while you have your meal.
2:30pm: Visit Ulun Danu Temple.
This is a major Shaivite and water temple in Bali. The temple complex is located on the shores of Lake Beratan - Bedugul and is a Balinese architectural style temple.
4pm: You will be taken back to your accommodation.
