Private one day volunteer work at renowned Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding in Dujiangyan. It's a great opportunity for you to get in close contact with adorable pandas, learn to prepare panda food, and feeding them under the supervision of Panda experts. At 7:30am, your friendly guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel within Chengdu city and head to world renowned Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding in Dujiangyan which is about one and half hours drive from Chengdu. By 9:00am you will arrive at the base and be greeted by local staff who will then show you around the base before starting volunteer work. A lecturer from the base will give you a brief introduction on the panda and you will learn how to prepare Panda food as well as feeding them. After lunch, you will watch a film about panda science before wrapping up volunteer work and be transferred back to your hotel in Chengdu.
