Enjoy a quick two hour drive to Cai Lay, a small but fertile town in the Mekong Delta through the new national highway. Hotel pickup and drop-off, biking and cruise activities, and lunch are included in this tour package. Start the tour with a pick up from your hotel and head to Cai Lay, a small town in the Mekong Delta. Upon arrival, board a charming wooden boat to enjoy the countryside scenery and river life. Next, stretch your legs a bit and hop on a bicycle for a short ride of about 7km (over easy, level terrain) along narrow village lanes, past fruit orchards, and local cottage industries. Locals will often greet you with a hello or “xin chao” as you pedal by.

Arrive at the home of a tropical fruit farmer and take a walk around his orchard. While at the orchard, you will have the opportunity to taste fresh fruits. Afterwards, relax while you take in views of the town from a small sampan boat as you are paddled slowly along tropical canals. Continue your ride through this Mekong village to a local home for a home-hosted lunch of Mekong Delta specialties. After lunch, a short walk takes you back to the car for your return trip to Ho Chi Minh City.
