Private Loch Ness Day Trip from Edinburgh

Spend a day in the Scottish Highlands.  Along the way you will see some beautiful Highland Scenery, Lochs and Mountains.  Passing through Glencoe you will have time to stop for photos, before traveling on through Fort William and lunching at Fort Augustus.  After lunch we will travel along Loch Ness and visit Urquhart Castle before we start our return journey to Edinburgh.You will be picked up at 8.00am from your Edinburgh accommodation.  Our first stop will be at Kilmahog for refreshments and to see the "Hairy Coos" Highland Cattle. You may also have the chance to feed them.  You will then travel through some lovely Highland Scenery including Rannoch Moor and into Glen Coe for a photo stop.  Onwards to Fort William and the Great Glen. Lunch will be in Fort Augustus at the mouth of Loch Ness.  Here you will get your first views of the Loch.  After lunch you will travel along the side of Loch Ness to Urquhart Castle, for a tour and perhaps a shop.  Your return journey will take you through Inverness and back down to Edinburgh crossing the River Forth before being dropped back at your Edinburgh accommodation at approximately 8.00pm.
