After your pickup in your hotel lobby early morning and take bullet train to Hangzhou. This is the fastest way to Hangzhou, only takes about an hour.
Today, you are going to hike a bit. Hangzhou is famous for temple attractions. You will follow the Buddha Road, and pass by three historical temples: Faxi, Fajin and Fajing (over 1000 year history). You will also find some Chinese ancient style villa are renovated as motels, café or restaurants nowadays. You will be surrounded by beautiful elevated tea plantations in the hills.
Faxi temple is not as well-known as Lingyin Temple. Here, you will see less tourists and more locals because of the Buddhism worship. It maximized your feeling of joyousness and peacefulness.
After hiking, you will be taken to the wonderful Hangzhou cuisine in a decent restaurant.
After the lunch, it will be the right time for you to have a cup of green tea. We will go the famous Longjing village to see wild field of Longjing tea trees where the locals produce the world most famous green tea- Longjing Tea. In the village, all locals are tea farmer handed down from generation to generation. You will see all the procedure of making famous Longjing tea and taste best quality emperor tea.
In the late afternoon, you will take a boat to see the top 10 sights along the famous West Lake. Afterwards, take bullet train back to shanghai and we will send you right back to your hotel.
