Terelj National Park is one of the most visited and interesting national parks of Mongolia. • Pick up at your hotel around 9:00am.
• One hour drive to Genghis Khan’s Statue Complex - the biggest (40m high) equestrian statue in the world.
• Explore the statue complex, good panoramic view from top of the statue.
• Short drive to Terelj National Park – the most visited and interesting National Park.
• On the way, stop at Ovoo – rock pile; used in worship of religion.
• Lunch at tourist Ger camp - located in the most spectacular spots in the National park,
• Visit Mongolia Ger (Yurt) and explore around the camp,
• Excursion to Turtle rock - the symbol of the National Park.
• There is great opportunity to horseback (Horse riding fee is not included in the price. Average fee is 8USD).
• Enjoy soft hiking to Ariyabal meditation temple - sits at top of the mountain.
• Visit to a local nomad family - experience nomadic life and enjoy tasting dairy products.
• Drive back Ulaanbaatar ( it takes 1.5-2 hours)
