Jaipur is for people who love palaces and the lifestyle of the rulers of old era. At 10am, you will be picked from your hotel. From there you will be escorted by your guide and will head to Amber Fort, one of the principal tourist attractions in Jaipur. Located high on a hill, Amber Fort was built by Raja Man Singh I and is known for its artistic style, blending both Hindu and Rajput elements. Ride a painted elephant to the top of the fort (optional). One of the main attractions of Fort Amber is its glittering Sheesh Mahal. The walls and ceiling of this hall is carved with beautiful paintings and flowers, made with mirror tiles and pure glass.
At around 1:30pm, after visiting these architecture marvels, you will be served a buffet lunch a hotel where you can take a break and relax.
At 2:30pm, visit the popular City Palace Complex, a perfect example of modern architecture. Jaipur Darbar would be held in the City Palace, as well as royal weddings, royal birthdays, religious festivals, and coronations of a new Maharaja (great king). In the foreground you will find Jantar Mantar Astronomical Observatory, built by the astronomer/Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II. He is also responsible for building the city of Jaipur. In the background the taller structure towards the left is the Chandra Mahal, which contain the private apartments of the Maharaja of Jaipur. You will also visit the S.M.S Museum, and Hawa Mahal, Jal Mahal and Rambagh Palace to end the tour.
At 5pm, you will be dropped off at your hotel.
