Your first stop is going the east side of Huangpu River to see The Oriental Pearl Tower, which is the first symbolic landmark building in Pudong financial district. Then you will visit the current tallest building in the city - Shanghai World Financial Center where gives you the best eye-birds view of Shanghai.
Afterwards, you will go to the west side of Huangpu River to visit the famous Bund Area. When you visit Shanghai, the Bund is a place you don’t want to miss. “Bund” is an anglo-indian word that means embankment. Chinese people call it “Wai Tan,” and means “waterfront.” After finishing your morning tour, you will have lunch with traditional steamed buns and local dishes by your own arrangement in a century-old local restaurant.
In the afternoon, you will go to visit Yu Yuan Garden area where includes the famous Yu Yuan Garden, City God Temple, the Huxingting Teahouse, the Bridge of Nine Turnings, hundreds of traditional Chinese shops and restaurants, and the famous Shanghai old street. By walking along the Shanghai old street, you can see the culture and architecture from the Ming Dynasty through Qing Dynasty and into the Chinese Republican era. There is a market bazaar around this garden where you can spend some time for shopping.
