Join this private day trip to Melacca city from Kuala Lumpur, and it will take approximately 2-hour drive. You will learn and discover the city with a rich trading history and multicultural heritage. Some of the popular attractions in Melacca such as St. Paul’s Church, Stadthuys, A Famosa and try variety local food at Jonker Street.The trip starts with a pick up at your hotel lobby around 9am and depart to the Melacca city.

After 2-hour drive, you will reach the first attraction, Stadthuys. A lovely old and well preserved building with a Dutch historical past located in the heart of Melacca city. You will find many trishaw awaiting and transporting tourists in this area.

Then, we will take a panoramic view of the city and surrounding from the top of St. Paul’s hill, which features the historic of St. Paul Church.

After a break for lunch (at your own expense), you will follow our guide to explore Jonker Street located in Chinatown. The Jonker Street is Melacca’s epicentre and you can find many antique shops, clothing, craft outlet as well as restaurants. You can try an authentic and delicious Malacca dessert “Chendol” (shaved ice with green jelly noodle, red beans, palm sugar and coconut milks).

A Famosa fortress, it is part of Melacca’s treasure and it is among the oldest surviving European architectural remains in South-East Asia. We will stop at Cheng Hoon Teng, a Chinese temple practicing the Three Doctrinal Systems of Taoism, Confucianism and Buddhism.

The tour ends with a return trip to Kuala Lumpur with estimated 2-hour drive subjects to traffic situation on the highway of the day.
