Private Day Trip to Culloden and Clava Cairns from Edinburgh

Day trip from Edinburgh to Culloden Battlefield and Visitor Centre. Then walk around Clava Cairns (4000 year old Standing Stones and Burial Cairns).  Driving through some stunning highland scenery.  There is also the option to visit a Whisky Distillery.You will be picked up from your Edinburgh accommodation at 8AM (08:00).  You will travel across the River Forth and head into the Scottish Highlands.  There will be time for a comfort stop along the way.  Your first stop of the day will be at Culloden Battlefield and Visitor Centre, here you will have time to explore the Visitor Centre and walk around the Battlefield before lunch.  After lunch you will travel to Clava Cairns to walk around the Standing Stones.  On your return journey to Edinburgh you have the option to visit a Whisky Distillery or take a more scenic route back.
