Visit Madaba, a city known for its mosaics, then head to Mount Nebo where Prophet Moses is said to have died. Proceed to Um Rasas, an archaeological site that contains ruins from the Roman, Byzantine, and early Muslim civilizations.You will be picked up from your hotel in Amman and be transferred to Madaba which is showing he ancient mosaic map of Jordan and the Holy Land dating to the 6th century, in the Saint George Orthodox Church. The mosaic is marked with points of interest of some historical stories recorded in the Bible.
Then visit Mount Nebo, where you will enjoy the view of the Holy Land and the Jordan Valley. Here you will see more mosaics found inside the church of Mount Nebo.
Finally you will proceed to Um Rasas, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. So far a military camp and several churches have been excavated, however the majority of the area is yet to be discovered.
