Born and raised in Singapore, her culinary repertoire includes local Singaporean dishes from her Peranakan-Teochew family as well as the Peranakan dishes she learned through her Malaysian mother-in-law.

Dishes may include beef rendang (beef cooked in a heady mixture of coconut milk and a paste of mixed ground spices), nyonya laksa (a spicy noodle soup with aromatic coconut milk), chicken rice (a typical Singaporean dish loved by young and old), and  ondeh ondeh (a traditional Malaysian dessert made of golden palm sugar wrapped in glutinous rice flour and rolled in freshly grated coconut). Enjoy a delicious meal while learning about Singaporean culinary and cultural history from a local. After the meal, you can tour Rosaline's pretty organic herb garden.
