This private tour allows you to visit the legendary Catherine Palace with the Amber room and see some of the most beautiful metro stations afterwards. Traveling by public transport gives more flexibility, as you don't need to pay for a car while it waits on you.After meeting your guide at your hotel, you will depart for the Catherine Palace by public transport using the metro and bus. Upon arrival, start with the tour of the Catherine Palace and the Amber room, then take a walk in the park  after that. On the way back, a tour of the most beautiful metro stations of St Petersburg is included. You will be able to travel around St. Petersburg like a local by saving money on a private car. Buses to Tsarskoe Selo are very frequent, so it is a very convenient and inexpensive way to move around. 

The time of the beginning of the tour can be changed upon request with the tour operator, however, there is a general schedule:

10:00 AM - Guide meets you at your hotel to depart for the Catherine Palace
11:30 AM - 1:30 PM - Take a tour of the Palace and walk in the garden
2:30 PM - 3:00 PM - Lunch break in St Petersburg if needed (additional cost)
3:00 PM - 4:00 PM - Metro tour in St Petersburg
4:30 PM - Return to your hotel
