Your first destination is the Mutianyu Great Wall (1,5 to 2 hours drive from Beijing). This is one of the most famous and ideal section of the Great Wall, if you don't want to hike, you will have the choice of taking either the cable car or Chinese lift chair to explore the area. It's one of the best-preserved part of the Great Wall and was used to serve as the Northern barrier defending the capital and the imperial tombs.
During lunch time, you will enjoy a very authentic Chinese meal in a Chinese restaurant. This will be a great experience for you.
Next, driving towards Beijing to visit the Tian’anmen Square, which is the Top 10 world’s largest public square and is able to accommodate 1,000,000 people at one time.
Lying at the city center of Beijing and called as "Gu Gong" in Chinese, the magnificent Forbidden City was the imperial palace for twenty-four emperors during the Ming and Qing dynasties. You’ll have a few hours to wander around this amazing palace complex, surrounded by a 52-meter-wide moat and a 10-meter-high wall are more than 8,700 rooms.
At the end, you will be transferred back to your centrally located hotel in Beijing.
