Agra Day Tour of Taj Mahal combined with a cooking class has been left with a whole bunch of fascinating things. The Taj is unquestionably the star attraction along with Agra Fort and you will also have the opportunity to learn how to cook traditional Indian cuisine. If you are a food enthusiast and/or a culture lover, this tour will give you a unique, unforgettable memory!8:00am - You can choose to be picked up at your hotel in Agra or Agra Cantt Railway Station (AGC). If you choose railway station, upon arrival you will see your representative at the main exit gate holding your name signage. After a warm welcome, you will board your private AC Toyota Car and head to a 4 star Hotel where you can use the hotel washrooms to get yourself refreshed before you start the day.

9:00am - Visit The Legendary Taj Mahal, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. No trip to Agra would be complete without a visit to this shimmering vision of domes and minarets. The world's best-known tomb stands testimony to the timeless love story of the 17th century Mughal Emperor, Shah Jahan and his wife - queen Mumtaz Mahal (Taj Mahal is closed on Friday).

12:00noon - For an Indian cooking experience, we invite you to experience, explore and relish the culinary and cultural heritage of the city of Taj Mahal, Agra along with a delicious meal. The home cooked meal will be prepared by you and your instructor together during the class and feel free to chat with him to get a glimpse of contemporary India in urban cities.

3:00pm - Visit The Imposing Agra Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage site, built by Emperor Akbar in 1565 A.D. This huge fort is made of red sandstone and the elegant buildings inside reflect an interesting synthesis of Hindu and Central Asian architectural styles. The maze of the courtyards, mosques, and private chambers of the fort echo the story of the Mughal Empire.

4:00pm
- Enjoy a photo tour of Taj Mahal from Mehtab Bagh - The Moonlight Garden. It is believed to be designed by Shah Jahan to view the Taj at night under moonlight far away from the maddening crowd and is also one the best places from which you can view the great mausoleum. The forestry plantations and agricultural fields provide a green forecourt to Taj Mahal and its reflection in Yamuna.

5:00pm – You may wish to enjoy shopping in Agra known for its fabulous handicrafts made of marble and soft stone inlay work. The Mughals were great patrons of arts and crafts. Empress Nur Jahan took personal interest and was an accomplished artist herself in zari embroidery work. In addition to inlay work, Agra's popular handicraft products include leather ware, brass ware, carpets, jewellery, and embroidery work.

7:00pm - After a memorable day, we will take you back to your hotel in Agra or Agra Cantt Railway Station (AGC).
