In this 3-day tour package, you will discover the most important attractions in Beijing. In the morning, your tour guide and private car with driver will meet you at your hotel lobby. The first place you will visit the Tiananmen Square, which is the biggest city center square in the whole world. It's a walking distance from Tiananmen Gate to the Forbidden City where you will take couple of hours to visit the highlight of this amazing imperial palace. Your next stop is to climb up Jingshan Hill, and you can overlook the entire whole Forbidden City and Beijing City from here.
Your tour guide will take you to a local restaurant to enjoy Chinese dumplings during lunch time.
In the afternoon, you will visit the old neighborhood, the “Hutong”. Hutong has over than 700 years history， and most of the Hutong you see today are more than 200 years old. A lot of local people still live in this area from generations to generations. Get a ride on Rickshaw to visit some part of this area is a fun thing to do. Of course, visiting the local family home and have a chat with the locals there might be a very cool culture experience for you.
Day 2 (L):
Take your private car to Summer Palace (40 minutes). There are 3000 rooms, with pavilions, bridges, island, corridors and temples in this huge imperial garden. The second place you will visit is the biggest Tibet Lama Temple in Beijing, and you will see the biggest Buddha Statue made by single wood there. People also called this place "Mini Forbidden City" since the architecture style is similar to the Forbidden City but with much smaller size.
After local food lunch, you will visit Temple of Heaven which is the place for past emperors to worship the God of Heaven. It's interesting to see many Chinese elders dance, sing songs or play Taiji in the square.
Day 3 (L):
Start your morning on Mutianyu Great Wall journey （1.5 hours driving). It's 80 kilometers away from the city center. You will spend about 2 hours on the Wall for sightseeing, hiking and photo taking. You can choose to take the cable car to the half way of the Great Wall to your time and energy.
Your lunch will be served at the local Chinese restaurant near by the Great Wall.
In the afternoon,you will visit 798 Art Zone, which is the modern art zone in Beijing with many modern art exhibitions. On the way back to the hotel you also will pass by the 2008 Olympic Stadiums: Birdnest and Watercube. Then, your driver and tour guide will send you back to the hotel.
