Get the prepaid mobile SIM (Micro or Nano size) for a duration of either 7 (1.4GB) or 15 days (3GB).
Both options have a data limit of 200MB per day (the speed will be reduced to 200kbps once your 200MB limit is reached each day.) With 200 MB, you can send or receive 40,800 emails, send 2250 tweets, watch 90 minutes of YouTube, open 680 pages on the web, use Google maps 56 times, or Skype 116 times.
With this prepaid SIM, you'll get nationwide 4G coverage under the NTT docomo network.

Shipping: SIM can be delivered to your hotel, airport post office, or residence in Japan (postage is included in price).

• Hotel Delivery: Please provide the name of the hotel, address and check-in date.
• Residence (i.e. Airbnb) Delivery: Please make sure to inform the owner in advance. Envelope will be dropped into the post box.
• Airport pick-up: Please check the post office's opening hours below and make sure that you will arrive during their opening hours. If you miss it, you would need to go back to the post office at later date. (Envelope cannot be forwarded once it reached the post office.)

And after use, you can simply throw your SIM card away!
