You'll meet the chef in centrally located Florence, you will then move to where the cooking class will take place, just a few feet away.
You will learn to process and treat raw ingredients, so you will literally learn to cook the original pizza from scratch and step by step. You will be taught all the tricks for a tender flexible yeast dough as well as for a tasty yet fresh and delicate tomato sauce. You will make your very own pizza: you will stretch it, sauce it and finally bake it as an original Italian ‘pizzaiolo’!
After the pizza is done you will get started with another typical Italian dish: Gelato. You will get to know the basic raw ingredients and how to select the best products. You will learn about the processing and application of natural colors, the heating and freezing techniques and how they have different effects on ingredients.
At the end of the class you will enjoy a dinner with your very own creations and will realize how easy is to make these delicious dishes on your own. At the end of the class you will also get a Graduation Certificate.
