Private Shore Excursion to Pisa and Lucca from Livorno port with an English speaking driver able to give an overview of the region and cities you are visiting in a Mercedec a/c minivan.You will be met at the port at the arranged time and the driver will have a sign with your name on it. You first be driven to Pisa (30 minutes drive) to see the Leaning Tower complex; to get there, the driver will detour to show you interesting highlights. It is possible to climb the Leaning Tower (at a cost of 18 Euros per person) and/or visit the Catherdal and Baptistery. We will stay in Pisa about 1 hour.
Then we will head to Lucca (30 minutes drive), a beautiful walled city still preserving its Medieval atmosphere that you will soak up in a walking tour that will take you to visit the magnificent Cathedral, Via Fillungo, Anphitheatre plaza, opera composer Giacomo Puccini's birthplace and other. We will take a stroll on the avenue on the top of the massive wall too. It is possible to rent bikes on the spot to do a cycling tour. We will spend about 2 hours here.
It is possible to go to the Lucca's countryside to visit an estate for a lunch with wine and olive oil tasting (30 Euros per person) and /or visit a beautiful 17 century's villa with impressive park with a local guide at a cost of 12 Euros per person.
The drive back to the port will be about 40 min long. Before being dropped off, the driver can take you through Livorno to show its Promenade and the pictoresque Venice district.
