Climb up to the clouds!
This product is based on a hike to the highest place of São Miguel island, a mountain with 1105 meters. This hike is classified as hard and it can take up to 4 hours. Before and after the start we will include stops in a few viewpoints of the island.
This hike starts on dense vegetation area and as we go up to a short vegetation and giving us the chance to appreciate some scenic views in which you can see the different lush greens and their contrast with the blue of the ocean.
With a little bit of luck, you will be able to see the Azorean Bullfinch (Phyrrula murina), an endemic bird that only exists on the island of São Miguel.
This product includes picnic and water for the hike and depends on the weather conditions of the day.
