This tour includes a 1-hour talk covering Halloween, Oktoberfest, and beer-making topics before visiting three taverns. The 2-hour tavern portion is lightly narrated with socializing and drinks. You may choose at least two alcoholic beverages of the tavern's choice, including specialty fall moonshine selections like apple pie or candy corn moonshine, Jagermeister vanilla cinnamon spice, or others. Additional Oktoberfest beer and/or shot giveaways are offered as prizes on top of those included in the price of admission. Your tour price includes Halloween and fall candy giveaways as well. Hot food selections and seasonal beers are available for an additional cost.
The tour departs from outside the front doors of the Independence Visitor Center. Please arrive 15 minutes ahead of start time for check-in. A 24-hour parking garage is located at the Visitor Center.
