An excursion to the Perfume Pagoda is a combination of religious pilgrimage, a slow boat trip between stunning mountains and streams, and light hiking to the top of the Perfume mountain.You will be picked-up at your hotel in the morning and transported on a comfortable, air-conditioned bus for approximately 45-miles (70km). As the city traffic diminishes, you will pass tranquil rural villages and paddy fields with friendly people before reaching the Yen Vi Wharf. You will then travel downstream by boat to Duc Wharf and start your light hike up to Huong Tich Grotto, a sacred place for every Northern Vietnamese. Lunch will be eaten at a local restaurant en route. You will be returned to your hotel in Hanoi at the end of your excursion.
