Peljesac Oysters and Wine Tour from Dubrovnik

Explore hidden gems of the Croatian coast as you visit Ston – medieval city and take a tour by fisher boat and see how are oysters and mussels have been grown for centuries The tour begins with a pick up from your hotel, and from there we head towards the Pelješac peninsula which is one hour drive from Dubrovnik. We will then take 30-45 minutes break in Ston, medieval city made famous by it's walls, second longest walls in Europe. Ston is also famous for it's historic 13th century salt pans and its architecture. After break we will go to Brijesta, small village by the sea and see the family owned oysters & mussels being produced, restaurant, winery and olive plants welcome us and we take a ride on fisher boat for a 1hr cruise. The owner will show oysters and mussels growing where we have opportunity to grab a glass of wine and try some freshly harvested oysters and mussels. When we get to the dock, we continue 5 min walk to a host family tavern where we have home made lunch. Our menu is freshly caught fish, home-made wine and potatoes, vegetables and olive oil from family farm.
After lunch we head back toward Dubrovnik. Trip is guided with English speaking driver.
