2-day private hiking tour to Mt.Pilatus. Spend a romantic night on top of the mountain, with amazing views over lake and alps. With your local guide you get off the beaten track and discover the beauty and silence of the mountain. You will meet your guide at the railway station in Lucerne. By bus we'll travel to Kriens, from where a 15 minute walk brings us to the cable car station of Mt.Pilatus. If you like you can deposit your overnight bag here, it will be sent directly to the top of the mountain. We will take the cable car for one section and then start our hike through a beautiful alpine scenery. There are different hiking options from 1-3 hours and of various difficulty. Together with your local guide, who knows all the trails, you will choose the hike which suits best for you.

Late afternoon, when most day tourist have left the mountain, you reach the top of the dragon mountain. While enjoying a welcome drink, your guide will organise your overnight bag and the keys to your hotel room. He will also give you all the information and suggestion on how to spend the next day and how to get down from the mountain.

On the second day, get up early to enjoy an unforgettable sunrise or sleep in before heading for the generous breakfast buffet. The mountain offers many different activities, like the adventurous rope park. On a beautiful hike along the Pilatus ridge you have good changes to spot ibexes or marmots. Maybe you just want to take it easy and travel back to Lucerne with the world steepest cogwheel train and a relaxing boat ride.
