- Hop On Hop Off service departs from Carnegie Hall bus stop: West 57th Street & 7th avenue. Customers can board the bus at any stop.
- First bus leaves at 8:00 am - Last full loop departs at 5:00 pm (Jan - Mar) and 6:00 pm (April - Dec).
- Night Tour leaves daily at 51st and Broadway with departures at 7:00 pm, 8:00 pm, 9:00 pm and 10:00 pm.
- Brooklyn Tour - Departure location: Broadway avenue & Walker Street at 11:00 am, 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm.
