Immerse yourself in local culture and taste olive oil and wine while you get to know the locals. Learn about olive oil and wine productions and enjoy freshly prepared delicacies. The tour begins with a transfer from agreed location to the factory for the production of olive oil. Here we get to know the production processes by comparing the characteristics of top quality olive oil with those of lesser quality and taste various types of gourmet oils.

Next, head to the coastal city called Kaštela (Castles). Explore the city, its museums and hidden beauties and then walk to a small local producer of premium wines to round up the experience in his company.
On his farm we will prepare some traditional food, while enjoying different wines, made from indigenous Croatian varieties.
