This tour starts from Rogac on Solta Island. Be at Split ferry port at least 15 minutes before departure to catch the ferry for Solta. It takes 45 minutes to arrive on the Island. We will be waiting for your in the port of Rogac . When you exit the ferry look for white van with sign "Discover Solta"
When you arrive on Solta, you will be personally guided to the ancient groves . You will love the ride through the island’s untouched nature, with its smells of grass and herbs. In the groves you will meet one of our olive masters who will talk about the oldest cultivated tree in the world. And you will see, touch and feel the leaves and bark of a tree that is more than 1000 years old as you learn all about farming, indigenous Dalmatian varieties of olives and the lifestyles of olive growers on Solta.
The Olive Tour gives you the experience of practically being an islander yourself. We’ll take a relaxing walk through one of the island’s most beautiful typical villages - winding narrow streets, ancient stone houses, life as it has been for countless generations.
