Board a local motorboat called banca and cruise to a nearby marine sanctuary (about 20mins) for some snorkelling and fish-feeding. Travelling onwards, proceed to Olango Island and enjoy the various livelihood demonstrations: bread/cassava making, coconut wine making, fishing then an overview of the 97 different migratory birds found in the area most often during the months of September to May. Have an exciting motorcycle ride too! A barbecue (grilled fish/pork or chicken, seafood, seaweed salad, rice, vegetables and tropical fruits) lunch prepared and served by the villagers will cap your day.
