Meet and check in for your tour in Old Koloa Town, where you will receive pre-ride safety instructions and an orientation to driving the off-road vehicle you selected when booking: the Mud Bug with one driver and one passenger, the Ohana Bug with one driver and two passengers, or the Ohana Bug with one driver and three passengers.
Sturdy and easy to drive with all-terrain tires that will travel over nearly anything, your off-road vehicle allows you to wind through thick vegetation and rugged terrain. Ride for about two hours before jumping off at Kahili Falls, where you have 45 minutes to swim, explore on foot and hang out. Stop for a picnic lunch, which includes sandwiches, chips, cookies and beverages. Splash through the mud and continue off-roading along scenic Kauai trails before returning to the tour center.
Mud Bug: The 2-person Mud Bug is perfect for those who just can't bear to be apart (a popular option with newlyweds on honeymoon). The Mud Bug is a fully automatic off-road vehicle with a 3-point harness system, roll bars and a Baja-tested suspension system.
Ohana Bug: Take the family on a real adventure in an Ohana Bug, a bigger version of the Mud Bug that holds up to four people. Be prepared to get dirty, and if the conditions are right, very muddy.
