On this tour we will get to know the Chilean traditions at Pomaire a countryside village where the friendly people will let us know their crafts in clay and delicious Chilean cousin! We will also get to know how the local people co-exists with nature in the coastal town of Algarrobo where is the the largest pool of salt water in the world and a coastal wetland where many birds live.We begin our tour heading to the central zone of the coast of Chile crossing different valleys cultivating a very diverse range of agricultural products.
Then we arrive at the coastal town of Isla Negra where we will follow in the footsteps of the poet Pablo Neruda. We will visit his beloved home which today is the “House museum of Isla Negra”. We will then take the road along the Pacific coast to our next stop in the town of Algarrobo known as the "Sailing Capital of Chile" and visit the world's largest saltwater pool at San Alfonso del Mar.
We end our tour in Pomaire village, an ideal place to discover the roots of Chile knowing their people, art, and their local flavours.
