Our Stand up paddleboard fitness class is a unique experience to get in a great workout and start your day. Our fitness class will enhance your core muscle strength and coordination while allowing you to be in the great outdoors. You'll start with a 15-minute warmup on land and then head to the lake. The focus of the class is having FUN while using core stability to improve the overall functioning of the body and build a stronger more balanced physique.
