This 10-hour private day trip allows you to visit two beautiful places just outside Seoul. Start with a tour of the small half-moon shaped Nami Island, site of the famous Korean drama, "Winter Sonata." After, visit Petite France, a French cultural village in the Korean countryside where "Secret Garden" and "My Love from the Star" were filmed.
Your day trip starts with a pick-up from your hotel in Seoul at around 8am. During transit, enjoy free wifi in your van/bus. At around 9:30am, you will arrive at the boarding area to take a 10-minute ferry to Nami Island. Nami (Namiseom) Island is a must visit in Korea, where the famous "Winter Sonata" drama was filmed. It is known for its exquisite landscape of tree-lined streets, tea shops, walking trails, for biking, beautiful year-round.
At 12:30pm, you will have the option to enjoy lunch (at additional expense). For meat-lovers, enjoy dakgalbi, which the area is known for. It is a spicy chicken, stir fried with vegetables.and fried rice. For vegetarians, enjoy Bibimbop, a well known Korean dish with rice and various types of vegetables.
At 1:30pm, drive to Petite France, a French cultural village with French-style buildings and French food, clothing and galleries, inspired by the French novel "The Little Prince" by Antoine de Saint Exupery. This was the filming location of popular Korean dramas such as "Beethoven Virus," "Secret Garden" and "My Love From The Star," and was also featured in the Korean variety show, "Running Man."
At 3:30pm, you will return back to Seoul and arrive at 5pm where you will be dropped back off at your hotel.
