Then, on arrival at Mykonos Old Port, swap your transfer vehicle for an all-terrain 4x4. After a full safety briefing, get comfortable in the driving seat, or sit in one of the passenger seats, then set off in a convoy.
With the tour guide leading the way, rumble along the coast and gaze out at the stunning island landscape, passing white-washed villages, golden beaches and the Aegean Sea, sparkling under the Grecian sun.
Make your first stop at Houlakia Beach, known for its unbelievably smooth pebbles, and let the tranquil atmosphere wash over you before continuing to a nearby lighthouse for panoramic views of the island.
