Choose between a morning or afternoon departure and make your way to Marienplatz in central Munich. Receive a bike and helmet and take in the magnificent landmarks of Marienplatz — including the gabled Old Town Hall and the gargoyle-dotted Neues Rathaus (New Town Hall) — before departing.
Follow your guide through the picturesque Munich Old Town, where you can coast through the bike-friendly streets to the city's splendid squares. See Max-Joseph-Platz, a city square that’s home to the Munich Residenz, the former royal palace, and the elegant National Theatre, Munich’s opera house. Glide along the walkways of the tranquil Hofgarten, the former-royal-gardens-turned-public-park.
See memorial sights dedicated to the White Rose, a non-violent, anti-Nazi resistance group. Admire the Italian-style architecture of the vast Odeonsplatz. Watch surfers attempting to ride a wave in the man-made waterfall at the English Garden, before pausing to see the Chinese Tower, one of Munich’s most famous beer gardens.
