The trip to Cu Chi is a combination of culture and history. You will have the chance to stop by a lacquer ware factory to see some amazing examples of craftsmanship and traditional Vietnamese images. Pop in and see the soon to be finished war memorial of Tam Giac Sat (Iron Triangle). Stop by a lakeside restaurant and sample some lovely dishes while taking in the peaceful atmosphere of the countryside. After lunch, ride your bike onto a ferry and make a river crossing to the famed Cu Chi tunnels. There you will see how the Vietnamese people resisted both the French colonization and the American invasion.

The trip to Cu Chi is a combination of culture and history. You will have the chance to stop by a lacquer ware factory to see some amazing examples of craftsmanship and traditional Vietnamese images. After lunch, ride your bike onto a ferry and make a river crossing to the famed Cu Chi tunnels. There you will see how the Vietnamese people resisted both the French colonization and the American invasion.This is a one day adventure tour by motorcycle to the famous Cu Chi Tunnels. The tour will depart from Ho Chi Minh City District One and head north outside of the city. Along the way you will see some amazing countryside views, rubber tree plantations, rice fields and the occasional water buffalo.
Making our way to Binh Duong boulevard we will make our first stop to check out a traditional lacquer craft village and see some amazing Vietnamese art.
Following that the tour will make a stop at the war memorial of Tam Giac Sat (Iron Triangle) that was a National Liberation Front (NLF) stronghold 20 miles northwest of Saigon which had been built by the Vietminh twenty years before in the war against French colonialism. After touring the complex and snapping some photos it’s on to a ferry as we cross to the Cu Chi tunnels.
The Cu Chi tunnels are a whopping 250km in size. The network, parts of which were several stories deep, included countless trapdoors, constructed living areas, storage facilities, weapon factories, field hospitals, command centers and kitchens. It promises to be an educational and unforgettable experience.
Once the tour of Cu Chi is complete, lunch will be served prior to our return to Ho Chi Minh City.
