Goa's Zuari river is one long, broad, silvery road where the moon is your guide and you the driver.Arrive at the meeting location on the St. Jacinto Island, Sancoale in the Zuari. After introductions to other guests, and your tour guides, start with a briefing on the river, the flora and fauna. It is important for you to know how to use and handle the kayak properly as well as learn what to feel and experience during the trip.
As you slowly and silently paddle into the silver waters, experience a magical feeling as you see your fellow guests paddle slowly creating silver whirls on the mirror flat waters.See lots of small fish jumping into the air, made silvery in the light of the moon. Spend a few minutes laying in the back of your kayak as you stare up at the starlit sky and enjoy this incredible feeling of vastness.
If the fishing nets are down, slowly make your way to a small riverine beach, made up entirely of seashells. Rest, stretch and enjoy your snacks and beverages before you re-embark to continue, sighting a the facade of a 400 year old church, the only remnants of a bygone era.
Finish your trip 2.5-3.5 hrs. later filled with peace, tranquility and a sense of accomplishment.
