Altogether, you'll visit a restaurant specifically known for its wine and pairing selections, a merchant of local wines and spirits and other local food products, a wine cellar specialized in natural wines, and a well-known wine bar. Your 4.5-hour tour starts at 1:15pm at the Marché des Saveurs du Quebec, a specialty shop in the Jean-Talon Market that sells only Quebec wine and ciders. Walk to Alati Caserta, an Italian patisserie known for the city's best cannoli.
Head to Cul-Sec, the intimate wine bar from celebrity chef Martin Juneau. You'll sample biodynamic and organic wines with his award-winning dishes. You'll also walk to Butterblume, a café in the Mile End neighborhood with a menu of carefully chosen wines. Your sommelier guide can help you develop your tasting skills and expertise along the way!
Your tour includes a bus ride to La Maison des Gouverneurs, a historic residence with an enormous wine cave owned by the provincial liquor board. You'll go behind the scenes to explore their collection. Then you'll take a bus to your final stop, Accords, a wine bar in the Old Port, for wine and pairings.
