Learn the basics of Greek Mezes. From the world's best Tzatziki to the secret of cooking the perfect Saganaki. Any meze spread is sure to impress and let you take the taverna magic home with you.Colorful Mezes galore! How do the greeks put together a fantastic meal with small, delicious, healthy, simple plates? We will show you how to make 4 different mezes and a desert which will wow your senses, most importantly those taste buds. After an apertif and crostini starter we will dig into making our dishes to enjoy family style together after the class. Class includes two glasses of wine from a local Paros winery. A take home menu is included so you can impress your friends with a traditional mediterranean meze that will take you minimal effort to whip up at home.

Class starts at promptly at 5pm and will end around 8pm. There will be 2 hours of cooking with about an hour to enjoy the fruits of your labor.
