The class is led by a professional chef in a private home and includes 12 tapas tastings and an optional trip to the market for your ingredients.If the option is chosen, your tour begins with a stroll through La Boqueria, one of the most important markets in Spain, including an explanation of the history of the area where it is located, in the old town. Then you will head to the kitchen with your guide/chef to begin your class.
This is a hands-on practical cooking class. You will learn to make much of what you will be tasting, which are typical Spanish recipes. You will also get to try multiple tapas and learn the history of tapas in Spain. This is all accompanied by the finest wines, all served by waiters in a private lounge.

Seafood Paella, Spanish omelet, potatoes "Bravas" with three sauces, assorted Iberian cold cuts, Andalusian fish, Garlic prawns traditional croquettes, Manchego cheese, Cantabrian anchovies, Mussels with salsa, Octopus “feira” and Catalan cream.
