The owner Paolo will teach you Italian cooking.Pasta making class in the historical center of Rome. This hands-on cooking class is more than just a cooking lesson: in addition to learning to prepare a selection of traditional and modern pasta dishes, you will increase your knowledge about Italian pasta. Enjoy a full sit-down meal with wine in a relaxed and fun environment. The owner and Chef Paolo, will turn you into an Italian pasta expert and you will learn all about pasta:: Italian flours and wheats, the doughs, colored pasta, how to knead correctly and cut different shapes, the timing, how to prepare traditional ravioli with classic or modern filling and lasagna or cannelloni. You will prepare under the guidance of the Chef handmade fresh pasta like fettuccine, spaghetti or other famous varieties such as "priest stranglers", "badly cut", "little ears" or Gnocchi. The chef will teach you how to prepare two different sauces and give you the right recipes and tips about cooking a true carbonara or amatriciana so that you can make pasta on your own at home. We only use fresh and seasonal ingredients from our farm located 30 minutes far from Rome.
