Gourmet menu is as follows:
Antipasto: Selection of Tuscan Pecorino, Bruschetta with extra virgin olive oil, Tuscan Ham DOP, Sopressata “Italian dry salami”, Wild Boar Salami, Olives, Garden vegetables in oil and Crostino Toscano.

Primo Piatto: Lasagna with zucchini from the garden, Tuscan sausage and saffron of San Gimignano.
Secondo Piatto: Grigliata Toscana “Tuscan grilled “with sliced beef in balsamic vinegar and chopped chicken flavored with rosemary.
Dolce: Pannacotta “sweetened thickened cream“ accompanied by Vin Santo.
All dishes will be paired with a glass of wine selected from the cellar. Vegetarian menu available on request. Lunch time is usually between 13 and 16, dinner starts at 19-19.30. We recommend booking at least 3 days before.
