During the workshop, you will learn the different steps of the truffles-making process: preparing flavored ganache, tempering chocolate, preparing chocolate coats, preparing and decorating truffles. Finally you will also fill 6 chocolates with the flavors you choose.
You will be able to leave with all of your handmade truffles and chocolates unless, of course, you have already eaten them!
