Learn the art of flying trapeze in Tuban, South Kuta during this 75-minute small group experience. This is an exhilarating fun activity which has shown to boost confidence and self-esteem as well as being a great form of fitness. Tom Cruise and Leonardo DiCaprio are both believed to have used flying trapeze as part of their fitness regimes.
This is the only flying trapeze school open to the public and anyone can participate from as young as 5 years old.

This is the only flying trapeze school open to the public and anyone can participate from as young as 5 years old.

Students will be asked to sign a disclaimer for insurance purposes and instructed on the safety aspects of trapeze. This is a safe and controlled activity and the rules are for your own safety and to ensure you have an enjoyable experience.
There will be a minimum of 3 fully trained instructors to guide and encourage you every step of the way. A brief, fun warm up session will follow where you will get to know fellow students.
You will then be taught basic positions on the ground on a stationary rig before you attempt any tricks on the rig.
You will be harnessed and attached to a belay to climb the ladder. Once at the top an instructor will attach your harness to a safety line and help you onto the platform. You are now ready to perform tricks you never thought you could do under instruction. Don’t forget you are attached to a safety harness at all times and will never free fall onto the safety mats or net, you are under the control of an instructor at all times.
What to wear:
Wear comfortable non-restrictive clothing
Remove all sunscreen
No shoes but socks are allowed

Bring your PMA (positive mental attitude) tell yourself you will do this and put all fears and trepidations behind you, have fun!
