This water is recommended for the treatment of rheumatic disorders (arthritis), traumatic disorders in treating fractures, bone and joint pain, muscle pain, stomach ailments, etc. Enjoy the best tour ever in a natural Inca spa enjoying the beauty of the valley and the landscape in the outdoor hot pools.The hot springs of Lares are located at over 10,000 feet (3,250 m) above sea level and are a tourist attraction in the area, with temperatures range between 96º-111º F (36º-44º C). The outcrops of medicinal mineral water contain calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium, sulphates, iron, manganese, and copper, among others. All of these minerals cause the water to have a yellowish tinge. They also help to create stalactites and stalagmites at the entrance to the baths.
There are 4 pools the first has a temperature of 105 41 º C, is supplied from the main waterhole combined with cold groundwater with surface temperature of 64 17 ° C. This pool has a dimension of 5 meters long and 3.50 meters wide and 1.50 meters deep. The second pool has a temperature of 35 ° C, its size is 6 meters long and 4 meters wide and 1.5 meters deep. The third pool has a temperature of 38 ° C, its size is 15 meters long and 8 meters wide and 1.5 meters deep.
8:00 – 9:00am: Pick up at Hotel. Driving 2 hours & 30 minutes towards east Cusco. Arriving to a local community close to Lares around 10:30am.
11:00am: Accommodate all the equipment in the proper area to enjoy our Inca spa hot springs. The community of Lares is located at an elevation of 3200masl.
11:30am: Enjoy the really an amaze you about the ral inca hot Baths, the water is recommended for the treatment of rheumatic disorders, traumatic disorders (arthritis) in treating fractures, bone and joint pain, muscle pain, stomach ailments.
Enjoy this magical moment, you can jump in / out of the pool s much times as you want. Recommended time 2 - 3 hours.
1:45pm: Enjoy your beautiful box lunch admiring the beauty & quiet of the Place. After your lunch you can walk around and have your own time
3:00pm we are going to get ready to take our ride back to Cusco.
6:00pm Drop you at your hotel in Cusco.
