This tour explores a route close to the base area of the Lake Louise Ski Resort near the ski-out. Meet with your snowshoe guide in front of Lodge of the Ten Peaks 30 minutes before departure to collect rental equipment. With easy to use snowshoes and friendly instructors, almost anyone can
journey to some of the most thrilling panoramic winter views formerly
only available to skiers and riders.
The price of this tour is approximately 1.5 hours in length and includes a guide, snowshoe rental and hot chocolate. The difficulty level is easy.
Please Note: Snowshoe tours require a minimum of two people. Children must be 8 years or older to participate. Guests are required to wear warm winter gear. It's suggested you bring a winter jacket, snow pants, gloves, winter footwear, warm socks, and a toque or balaclava. In addition, snow goggles are great for sun glare and windier days. Lake Louise's Rental Shop can fit you with a winter jacket and pants (optional) or you can purchase top brand winter gear from the Alpine Sports Boutique. A light backpack is also a good idea to carry your camera, water and snacks.
