After a tour of the bustling market, make your way to a local restaurant to sample the best Bolivian dishes. Experience the warm, hearty cuisine of an equally warm and hearty people. Try local dishes including some very interesting and tasty street food. Eat at least six dishes in the 3.5-hour tour, sampling food, beer and wine that you won’t find back home.

At one stop, you’ll be encouraged to make your own cocktail using Bolivian ingredients. And at the final stop, munch on cheese and sip glasses of wine from the region that are not typically known outside of South America.
